Our chosen delivery service is provided by the Royal Mail.
Around 95 per cent of Royal Mail Tracked Services arrive on time but it is worth noting that this is not a guaranteed service.
All Royal Mail ‘Tracked’ parcels are collected every day from our warehouse (Monday to Sunday) and can be delivered on any day from Monday to Sunday.
If you live in the in the Scottish Highlands, Royal Mail Tracked parcels usually take one working day longer to the following locations: AB31, AB33-38, AB44-56. FK17-99, G83, IV1-28, IV30-39. KW1-14, PA21-33. PA35-40, PH18-26, PH30-42.

Order Delivery Tracking
Your tracking information will be issued as soon as your order is dispatched.
You can then track your delivery using the Royal Mail Tracking portal, which will give you live updates.
Heavy, Large & Bulky Items
All large, heavy and bulky items can only be sent to the addresses in the UK.
Orders placed and processed by 4pm from Monday to Friday will be shipped on the same day using our one working day service. Please note that this service excludes weekends and bank holidays. If you order after 4pm on a Friday, your shipment will be scheduled for the following Monday.
If your delivery address is not on the ground floor, we recommend reaching out to our Customer Care Department before placing your order to discuss delivery arrangements.
